Remington Park: On your mark, get set, race!



Feeling lucky or just looking for a night of entertainment? In either case, Remington Park can be a great destination for both—whether it’s live racing or simulcasts you seek, they’ve got you covered. Live racing programs are divided into two seasons, first the American quarter horse and mixed breed season runs from March 5-May 31 at 6:25 p.m., Thursday-Sunday. Then, the thoroughbred season begins on August 19-December 11 at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday.

Want to improve your horse betting skills? Well, attend the Winning 101 seminar held on the second Wednesday of every month from 7-8:30 p.m. There you’ll learn how to develop your own handicapping skills, betting methods and to read the program.

Head over to the Remington Park Casino—offering more than 27,000 square feet of gaming fun with 750 machines and a chance to put your betting skills to the test. Wager on the live horse races and simulcast racing from across the country—all ages are welcome at the park but guests must be 18 years of age and older to enter the casino. Sign up for a Lucky Circle card and get discounts at participating area business and earn points to be used towards purchases or games at the park.

Join in on Remington Parks many special events and programs starting with the casino’s Hot Days, Hot Plays summer gaming tournament every Saturday from May-July, escape the heat and play for a chance to win prizes and a piece of the $5,000 grand prize on July 24th.

On Mystery Monday you could win up to a $500 bonus when you cash out and then, on Tuesdays from 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. is senior day. Seniors can play $55 hot seats every half-hour, enjoy the lunch or dinner buffet for $7 and try their luck in the big bonus drawings happening at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Finally, on Sunday at 8 p.m. play a little Plinko for cash using your Lucky Circle Card.

With all that fun you’re probably going to work up an appetite and no matter where you’re at in Remington Park there’s something delicious nearby. With more than a dozen bars, buffets and dining restaurants to chose from you’re sure to find something to love. For a high end dining experience, make a reservation at Silks—located at the clubhouse level. Or, at the track level visit All-American, Legacies Bar and the Trackside Café. In the casino you’ll find the Wild Rush Bar and Remi’s Buffet—offering a different theme ever day including Mexican, Italian, Asian and more.
